Hosting

Our application servers and PostgreSQL database run on Fly.io in the United States. All your data — profile, RSVPs, chapter membership — lives in a database we own and control on their infrastructure.

Your data — exactly what's stored

Every field in the table below is included in your data export. Nothing else is stored about you.

Field	Why we store it
Name, email address	Received from Google or GitHub at sign-in. Used to identify you and send event emails.
Username	Your public handle on the platform (e.g. /profile/jane). You choose this during onboarding.
City, state	Shown on your public profile. Entered by you during onboarding.
Job title, company, bio	Optional. Shown on your public profile if provided.
LinkedIn URL, GitHub URL	Optional. Shown as links on your public profile if provided.
Home church	Optional. Shown on your public profile if provided.
Profile photo URL	Optional upload. Stored in object storage we control. Shown on your profile and next to your RSVP.
Sign-in provider(s)	Which OAuth provider(s) you've used (Google, GitHub) and the email address associated with each. We do not store OAuth tokens.
Chapter membership & role	Which chapter(s) you belong to and your role (member, organizer, lead organizer).
RSVPs	Which events you've RSVP'd to, your status (going / maybe / can't make it), and whether you opted your name into the public attendee list.
Chapter applications	If you applied to start a chapter: the proposed name, city, state, your message, and the application status.
Tracking preference	Whether you've opted out of OpenReplay session recording.
Email preference	Whether you've opted out of event notification emails (new events, reminders, cancellations). Opt out via the unsubscribe link in any event email or in profile settings.
